Return
Policy

day refund or exchange policy applies for VHS Videos, VCD's, DVD's,
CD-ROM's and Books. If you wish to return an item/s, it must first
meet the conditions below:
- Merchandise
must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened
items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Defective
movies will be replaced with the same title only.
- Due
to our low discounted prices, shipping costs are not refundable. Any
items that are defective will be replaced at no additional
cost.
- We
do not pay for postage/shipping on any returns.
- International
customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order
is refused.
- Defective
novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same
item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued.
- Non-defective
novelties may not be returned for any reason.
Sales
are final for all other products. Defective items will
be exchanged for the same product only, provided the product was
returned to us within 15 days of the date you received your order.
After that period, you must contact the original manufacturer
for any warranty.
You must email
our support department for an RMA#
(Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any product!
