Amazingtails.com Return Policy

Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") # within 7 days from the date you received your order. Once issued, RMA # are valid for 15 days within which Amazingtails.com must receive the return products. Amazingtails.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. All returns without RMA # will be refused and return to sender at customer's expense.

We can not accept return if:
Items that are soiled, worn, or laundered. Due to federal health code, we can not accept return on undergarments/Bikini/wig once they have been tried on or worn. We will considered open package on such items as tried on or worn. Special order, seasonal items and on sale items are none refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Original shipping fee and return shipping cost are at the customer's expense, unless the item received was our shipping mistake. Customers must inform us of any discrepancy within 7 days  so that we may investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to make a return, it must first meet the conditions below: 

  • All tags need to be attached on items for us to accept the package, we will not accept the return if you have altered tags in any way.
  • Novelty & DVD items must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective items will be replaced with the same item only.
  • For refund or replacement, please use the merchandise return form below. If any item was damaged during shipping, please email us immediately to initiate damage inspection.
  • We may be able to help you to resolve a problem without returning the product. We can be contacted via email at Support@Amazingtails.com.

Return Instructions:

  1. You must have an RMA# in order to return any items. If you do not have one please e-mail our support department first.
  2. A 15% restocking fee may applies toward refunds/exchanges.
  3. Please ship via insured parcel post, and retain your shipping receipt in case of loss or damage.
